7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The watch must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
• All original packaging, boxes, papers, and accessories must be included
• The return must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date
• The watch must be returned within 14 days of initiating the return
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
For Watches:
• Must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
• All original packaging, boxes, papers, and accessories must be included
For Jewelry:
• Must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
• All original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included
• Must not show any signs of wear or damage
• Gemstones and settings must be intact
• Resizing or alterations void the return policy
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
All watches and jewelry are guaranteed 100% authentic:
• Watches: Verified by certified watchmakers
• Jewelry: Certified gemstones with authenticity certificates where applicable
• If any item is found to be inauthentic, full refund will be provided
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or email.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the watch and packaging
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method
• RYBrandshop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
• Returns must be shipped to our address in Japan
RESTOCKING FEES
A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Watches that show additional signs of use or damage after delivery
• Watches with missing boxes, papers, or accessories
• Watches that have been damaged by the customer
• Custom or personalized items
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims are separate from returns and are covered under our 3-Month Mechanical Warranty. Please refer to our warranty information in the product description.
