FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders via international courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
• Processing may take longer during holidays or peak seasons

DELIVERY TIMES

Japan: 1-3 business days
Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam): 3-7 business days
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 5-10 business days
North America, Europe, Oceania (USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia): 7-14 business days

TRACKING

• Full tracking is provided for all shipments
• You will receive tracking information via email
• Track your order through the courier's website

INSURANCE

• All shipments are fully insured
• Insurance covers loss or damage during transit
• Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

• Signature is required upon delivery for security
• Please ensure someone is available to sign
• If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice for redelivery

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

• Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes
• Duties and taxes are collected by the courier upon delivery
• We are not responsible for customs delays or fees

Notice for EU Customers

Please be aware that for orders shipped to the European Union (EU), local Value Added Tax (VAT) — typically ranging from 19% to 25% depending on the destination country — as well as customs duties and administrative handling fees, will be incurred upon import. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (the importer) and are not included in the item price or shipping costs paid at checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
